A sumptuous selection of six barbecued specialities includes (available from 10:00am to 3:00pm, $60 for two persons):

  • Grilled Kobe beef sausage
  • Ribeye steak
  • Marinated squid
  • Chicken kebab
  • Marinated tiger prawns
  • Grilled vegetables - bell peppers, button mushrooms, zucchini and eggplant

    Accompanied by:

  • Minestrone soup
  • Saffron rice
  • Bread and butter pudding with chocolate ice cream

Diners who wish to celebrate earlier can also enjoy the Father's Day Eve BBQ Set on 18 June which features five barbecued items accompanied with Green Salad, Sauteed potatoes, and Sweet corn (available from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, $55 for two persons):

  • Ribeye steak
  • Marinated squid
  • Chicken kebab
  • Marinated tiger prawns
  • Lam kebabs

Both sets come with a selection of sauces - Rosemary, Peanut butter and Lemon capers.

There is also a special wine promotion whereby diners can enjoy their BBQ Set with a botle of Baron Phillippe de Rothschild "Mapu" for an additional $38.
