The delicious new BBQ and Tapas menu runs offers BBQ pork ribs with sticky adobo sauce, char grilled sea bass with celery and cucumber salad and Seared scallops with English black pudding and balsamic.
The world-famous Beach Republic Sunday Sessions Buffet Brunch & BBQ, has also had a mouth-watering menu make-over. Starters now include Maki-zushi, laab chicken in cucumber, New Zealand green mussels, king prawns and mini-caprese salad with aged balsamic.
